Costs

The cost of each type of polygraph test varies as each test has a number of different factors determining the complexity and length of the test.
As there are many different types of tests it would be suggested that an inquiry (contact us scroll down) is made and a quote requested. Below please find a brief explanation as to the different options on offer:

Pre- employment Polygraph Test:
Some Companies wanting to know the truthfulness of the applicant before employing staff usually request that their prospective staff submit to a voluntary polygraph test to determine whether they have a history or tendencies that could lead to future theft at the company. Knowing previous tendencies helps to lower the risk to the company.

Specific Polygraph Test
This type of test refers to specific instances of theft or dishonesty at the workplace or at home where a place, date or specific timeframe, and or item are the centre of the investigation. (Is missing or has been stolen.)

Periodic Polygraph Test
This test, like the specific test covers a broader roll and is used as an investigative tool to set a wider net to ascertain whether staff had been involved in general areas of dishonesty and theft. ( in the last three months, have you….)

Infidelity Polygraph Test
This test is to ascertain the level of honesty between spouses, boyfriend and girlfriend, and people with feelings for each other. Generally these test come at a more expensive price as they are more complex and time consuming.

Expert Witness Testimony:
When polygraph tests are completed the company often follows the internal disciplinary route. The examiner is then called upon to testify at the examinees hearing and possibly at CCMA if there is no resolution between parties.

Criminal & Civil investigation:

Findings and results will follow after proof of payment is presented.

Please be advised that no results will be given after the test without proof of payment.

A written report will be sent within 24 hours of the test being conducted.

Method of payment:

We are happy to accept EFT or Cash payments. We regret we do not accept cheques.
When booking a test, written confirmation secures the client the timeslot. Should a cancellation within 24 hours of the test/s be made a cancellation fee will be charged. This will also be the case if the person does not arrive for the test.
